Returns

Fair Return Policy

All our clothing is made individually at the time of ordering. We therefore do not re-stock items that are returned.  However, we want to ensure your experience with us leaves you feeling quite Frankly Cool!   We are a print-on-demand provider and offer you the following return options:

 7-day Return Guarantee

If it doesn’t fit, just email us at hi@franklycool.com or call / whatsapp us on +34 664363687.  We will reply within 48 hours with an authorisation.  The options available to you are.

  1. Exchange for a voucher code. Can be redeemed towards your next order.
  2. A refund of the purchase price.

In both of the above instances

  • Customer is responsible for sending the return back to Franklycool. Returns at Spanbox 350, CC La Trocha, Coin, Spain, 29100.   Just let us know why you want to return it via email before sending it.   We don’t provide return labels and we recommend you post it back to us using registered post. 
  • If return items go missing in the system with no tracking we cannot refund or exchange you.
  • Order must not be worn, washed, or used, if it is your return will be denied.

Other issues

  • If your item has damage on arrival to you, is misprinted, or defective please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you at no extra cost, please DO NOT SEND IT BACK TO US.
  • Sadly we cannot accept any returns for orders over €100 but they can be exchanged.
  • Return claims via email MUST be made within 7 days of you receiving your item.

What happens to returns?

Each product you purchase from us is exclusively unique and will not be resold.

We do not resell or throw away any returned or imperfect items, choosing instead to contribute them to meaningful causes.

Cancel Order

You can cancel your order as long as the order has not been started in production, unfortunately if it reaches the printing step we cannot cancel your order.

Defects

Email a picture of the defect to hi@franklycool.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
